Requirements:

1. Preferred to have 1 year of experience in HCM implementations, ideally with B2C clients.
2. Experienced in HR software systems terminology and processes.
3. Must be able to prospect leads through existing clients, cold calling, and other sources.
4. Excellent command of written and spoken English, with flawless telephone manners.
5. Able to achieve project milestones and maximize client satisfaction.
6. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
7. Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
8. Establish long-term relationships with customers.
