Requirements:
- Preferred to have 1 year of experience in HCM implementations, ideally with B2C clients.
- Experienced in HR software systems terminology and processes.
- Must be able to prospect leads through existing clients, cold calling, and other sources.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with flawless telephone manners.
- Able to achieve project milestones and maximize client satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers.
